American Victorian Walnut Bed dating from c1870. This is a single size, and is in very fine original condition. At one time there were finials that were on the head board but had been plugged years ago. They can easily be replaced by our wood worker of 40 yrs for a fee, or purchased at your local woodcrafter store if desired. The bed is stable, come with cross slats for mattress and is ready to go. The head board measures 51 1/4" in ht, 45" across, and 82" in length. The foot board measures 31" in ht, and 46 3/4" in width. The inside measurements are 40 3/4" in width, and 78 1/2" in length.
